Calorie Counter To Lose Weight
A good motivational tool is using a calorie counter to lose weight. If you look around there are several great ones you can use for free. Keep in mind that the key to losing weight is to burn more calories than you take in, which is easier than most people realize. You burn calories while you sleep, sit, and just do your regular daily activities. I personally never felt the need to use one. I feel that if you eat extremely healthy you won't need it.

I am not going to try and sucker you into buying some crazy diet pill that claims to help you lose 10 pounds in your first week, been there and done that, and it DOES NOT WORK! What does work you ask? Healthy eating. That is the only way you will be able to lose weight and keep it off. I spent thousands of dollars on diet pills and supplements only to wind up gaining all the weight back plus a few extra pounds. I fought the weight fight for many years and It scares me to death to think about what I have put in my body all those years.
I am happy to say that I have lost over 50lbs in under a year simply by eating healthy! I'm not talking about that junk you get in the frozen food section labeled "low fat" or "low calories" That is nothing more than garbage.
What I am talking about is natural foods, fruits, raw, and cooked vegetables, beans, whole grains, raw nuts. That is what makes up about 80%-85% of my food intake and let me tell you that aside from looking better, I feel 1000% better than I ever have.
